I have been making my own laundry detergent now for over a year. I LOVE the results and I love the independent feeling I have of providing my family with this needed item. The cost of store bought laundry detergents is quite high and I have also been able to save some money doing this.

I make my own soap just for laundry making. I have had requests from ladies to sell the soap I make so they can use this in there own laundry detergent. So now I do have my soap for sale for this purpose.

I scent the soap with a clean laundry type fragrance oil. However be forewarned that the finished laundry soap will NOT leave your clothes smelling like they do when you use a heavily chemical-ed detergent like you get in the stores. It WILL leave your clothes smelling fresh and clean.

I now have a laundry soap scented with essential oils too!  I have had several request for this and so I made some.  This laundry soap is scented with orange and lemon grass essential oils.


The Soap

If you purchase this soap you will receive a package with 3oz of soap (enough for one batch of soap) already grated and ready for use in your own laundry soap recipe.

This is a 3oz package of soap to use in making your own homemade laundry soap. It also comes already grated and ready for use.  It is scented with essential oils only.

Laundry Soap Kit

If you have never made laundry soap before and are unsure about where to get your ingredients and would like to have everything arrive ready for you to give this a try then I am offering you a starter packet. In the starter packet you will have:

3 oz. grated soap
½ cup washing soda
½ cup borax
(the washing soda and borax will come combined in one package)

And this will come with instructions on how to make the soap. This will be enough ingredients to make 2 ½ gallons of homemade laundry soap.
